Why hasn't my certificate been issued yet?
You should receive your certificate between 5-7 working days. If it takes any longer, check your Status Page to find out what is outstanding. Certificate requests are delayed if we are waiting for your documentation, or payment. If there is a problem that must be 'corrected', your technical contact will receive an email from our administration department.
